I am Pauline Jennings from Northfield, MN. Music and theater bring me joy. I love the, mostly, accepting and supportive nature of the arts. A place where 'the other' is celebrated more than any other sector of society - not that there isn't still work and change to be done. What makes people vulnerable is poverty and being cast (out)as 'the other'. Raise that vulnerability by an order of magnitude if you happen to be both.
