Thom is a visual artist and costume designer who has lived in NYC since 1988. He and his husband and two cats moved to Roosevelt Island in 2017. His relationship with Open Doors started in 2019.

Peter was born in Belize, but has lived in NYC since 1970.He moved to Roosevelt Island in 2009 as a resident of Goldwater Hospital & now resides at Coler Specialty Hospital and Nursing Facility. He is a founding member of Open Doors & the Reality Poets since 2016.
